We recommend that you book at least two weeks in advance of your fieldtrip to allow you time to prepare the class and book the bus. To help you in these arrangements we provide a sample letter to parents, a Fieldtrip Planner and Guidelines for Safe Learning Outdoors. Use our downloads page or ask for these documents when you book.
